Almost all soldiers involved in intense warfare undergo PTSD but in India ppl don't like to hear and talk about such things. Infact lots of other mental disorders they get. I heard him speaking recently, now he is much more calmer and mature than he was when he gave this interview. His mental state is much better now.

It's been 3 days of me hearing this podcast and I'm still soo capsulated by Maj. Vivek Jacobs story that I have not left a single word spoken by him anywhere on social media unheard/ posts liked by him on LinkedIn unseen /talks done by him on instagram obscured/ I'm waking sleeping thinking about commandos life. Feel so sad seeing this, sometimes. Cleared IMA exams with flying colors only to be rejected due to flat feet. Can't help it if I was born with it. Heard the army is bit more lenient now a days and fits you into other streams. Given a chance I would have chosen 21 Maratha now 21 Para, following the footsteps of our King.
