When you are downed stay still and use a bandage and you will come up on your own. If you hit F7 while downed your companion will come help. Your companions get the same buffs you do from food. The better food lasts longer. I put my food on my companions hotbar, I use the g button on all my chests to empty my bags I would forget it otherwise. Congrats on the metal age. You still have many more workbenches in your future. Your base build will be constantly evolving.

In fights, dont just stay in place and right clicking, you need to move and dodge, when you do it, it becomes way easier. But dont dodge to move around in fights but juste to dodge an attack to save stam. Love the content.

also If you hit "F1" you can make pighammer attack your target instead of relying on active or assist modes.

I found a closer copper mine guarded by bush dogs, quite close to the big ancient ruins and The tin mine. Also, you can use the bandage when down for a quicker heal. i saw you are skipping some of the loot, if you are not interested in the items you can uncraft them (also in inventory - V) which gives you some material back, and sometimes armor mods

check into your Mask for upgrades for further Tribe capacity. the other Tribes often have other strengths you can use. more Crafting Stations spaced for upgrading and local storage. second floor can be principal large scale storage to stockpile materials

When you use the spear you may mark the target with middle mouse click. That helps a lot with hitting. I do not know whether this work with other weapons too.

You can hover over a item press z on the item and it will star it so it keeps it in your inventory so you don't accidentally put it in a box. I'm pretty sure you can use pillars to hold up roofs

I've realized if you have them on active they'll seek out enemies after being deployed and you falling. Also, the armor and weapons you pick up, you can uncraft the majority and they'll give bones and ropes. You'll end up with a bunch.

Last night's game update adjusted follower AI so that they no longer wait for you to get hit when in "Assist" mode, should be interesting to see how the changes play out.

Use the F commands on the left of the screen when you have a barbarian. F1 to make them atack, f7 to revive you

If you favorite an item in yourr inventory and your are putting stuff away those items won't leave your inventory the hotkey for this is 'Z' they will always stay at the top of your inventory when you sort it out. also when downed you can bandage yourself don't spam the bandages but is you want instant hp you will have to make items like the aloe gel and from there other stuff if you have the alchemy bench unlocked highly recommend you won;t be able to spam the instant heals and splitting the stack won't work there are multiple instant hp items the only thing I haven't tried is do they work together this will help in battles

Food-wise I learned that if you feed it to them right before battles they get the same stats as you do. Look at the stats before and after you feed them the foods with buffs.. :)

if you dont move, your char will fake death. wait until nobody is looking at you, and use some bandages. you will be on foot after recover

Yea, needing a tool and discovering just as you need it that either its broken or you forgot it at base is aweful, happened to me once right after i cleared The copper mine, then discovered my bone pickaxe is broken, and guess what, cant mine copper with stone tools :( Since then i try to do a quick inventory check before i leave the base, just like in real life 😂

re: shield. 5% is a lot when you're talking about 15% damage making it through versus 20% damage making it through. You're taking 25% less damage with that change. (100 becomes 15 instead of becoming 20)

Also your comparing a Red (legendary quality) bone shield to a shitty green (uncommon) - quality most likely affects the stats like dmg & defense.

when you hold Q. if you look at the icon next to their name. its the same rarity as your weapons/gear. empty diamond is weakest. partial filled diamond is "green". then there is blue, purple, gold (epic), and red (legendary). etc

Stamina/Resilience-Down drops the enemies stamina or resilience meter every hit. resilience is the yellow bar under the stamina meter. which dictates how easy it is to stun them.

Make sure that you max out your butchering skills each time you go to a new generation. You will unlock better materials harvested.

how can you have 13 parts and still not have anything automation in your base ? you only need to set up the craft tabels once for basic items like planks and rope and your people will make them so you allways have some spare

Yeah - you can use a bandage when you're down and (it might take a few bandages) it'll bring you back to life. I've done that a few times playing solo with no NPC with me.

try barbarian barrack. impossible game. too hard. not funny. I just want it very easy and enjoy the game with building, crafting and exploring and so on. I play on casual and still I cant get the Flint Tribe Chief.
