Srila Prabhupada is explaining the nature of the marginal jiva to someone, by examples he is not confirming a historical fall from the spiritual world , or his statement in 3rd canto and numerous other places that “ NO ONE FALLS FROM VAIKUNTHA “ would then be confusing. If I want to explain a high scientific theory to a lay person then an allegorical narrative may be employed to help that lay person grasp the concept, that is what Srila Prabhupada was doing . We have to reconcile his statements as he ordered us to by Guru , Sadhu , Sastra . When we examine all these it is concluded “NO ONE FALLS FROM VAIKUNTA”.

Srila Prabhupada said various things about this topic at various times. I prefer his Purport to BG 13.20 where he says that - rather than falling from the spiritual world - the conditioned souls are not allowed to enter into the spiritual sky: " That is the mystery of this material creation. Actually, the living entity is originally the spiritual part and parcel of the Supreme Lord, but due to his rebellious nature, he is conditioned within material nature. It really does not matter how these living entities or superior entities of the Supreme Lord have come into contact with material nature. The Supreme Personality of Godhead knows, however, how and why this actually took place.

Fear and guilt are the tools used by many religious sects for socializing people according to institutional goals. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu never used these tools.
