After watching the video, I must say interviewers don't have any idea about interview technique, they should follow funnel system to asking questions to a candidate. Could anyone inform me of the appraisal method they are following to select a candidate, I don't think they follow any specific method or they have any idea, at least their paterns of asking questions clarify that. That's why they are not finding the real talent who can keep contributing to the country, The question should be asked below points, 1. After asking the name the interviewer could ask "define the characteristics and quality in you which matches with you your name. 2. Define the leadership decisions of both professors which you like most. 3. What are the key steps of both kings during their ruling era 4. Key contribution of 3 people in your district. 5. Knitwear vs textile was a good question. 6.kapashia (cotton related): what should be key steps of the country to increase the cotton production. 7. As candidates mentioned that his preference is Admin, asking questions on SDR, GSP is not suitable. Regarding dress code, interviewers should recommend the interviewee to be more formal, ware tie and suit.
