At 1:11:00 you don't actually have to get mauled to get back out of the secret room, you have to push on the grate and fall out and back into the pool, not pull on it or lift it. You end up back in the pool with the broken platforms/rope swing puzzle. It also effectively resets the next puzzle for you, but plus one open trap door.

hey at 1:11:00 , you can actually break that wall instead of diving back in to your death lol. If you keep pushing against it, it will break. then just brings you back to 1:09:40 and you continue from there :)

Yeah, I get that achievement as the middle part of my routine for getting through that next door puzzle: first dive down to the button to open the door & immediately swim back up to the hole you dove in from, then run all the way back to the left, dive in and swim all the way over to the secret, PUSH the vent covering out & get back to the puzzle from where you end up, then when you get back to the hole over the button dive back in, hit the button to close the door & swim through before it closes.

Fully enjoyed this game. The art style, mood, quirkiness and puzzles makes this one of the best indie games I've played especially enjoyed the blob kid at the end there. I was half way through the game before noticing I had been missing the odd secret. Only needing this guide twice on towards the last achievement, then twice again to track back for the remaining two. Then coming back with the checkpoints to get the final one. It's nice they implemented such an effortless checkpoint system to load up and come back where you left off. Nice guide with time stamps for the secret. Not sure how the devs expected us to find the door in the corn field 😂

I managed to get through nearly half the game without getting stuck and finding myself searching for a walkthrough. Missed some of the secret spots but that's okay. You did a fantastic job walking us through! I don't know how I would have figured out the more complex puzzles once I reached those towards the end. Even then, with my skill level pretty much being a beginner, a walkthrough didn't take anything away from it still being a challenge. Loved the game. At 1:11:05 on the Nintendo Switch, we don't have to die. The steel grate breaks away & we fall to the previous screen before & a rope is waiting for us to climb up back onto the broken walkways where we were a few minutes before... I guess game developers change stuff from platform to platform maybe? Anyways I enjoyed following you through this game. I didn't look up any help until I was deep in the game so now I have to go back & find the hidden orb thingy's that I missed in certain areas because I couldn't open the huge orb at the end. All in all, as a Nintendo Switch game this was pretty cool 😎 except we don't get a menu page that shows how many of the hidden orbs we have found or achievements. Great video 📹 it was easy to follow you when I needed help in certain areas. ✌🏽

NB: After you've got all achievements at 1:38:35 you can then go back to 6:20 and push Right, Left, Left, Left, Up, Up, Right, Left, Right, Right, Right, Up, Up, Up on the lever inside the bunker - which gives an alternate (early) ending, which is just as disappointing as the normal ending.

The blob is no longer stuck INSIDE the experimental lab. It’s free now. It is now OUTSIDE. The irony is that it struggled to free itself but once it left the complex it dies. It seemed to be able to be alive inside the complex yet it wasn’t feeling alive trapped like an experimental subject. However once outside it died but was finally free so I guess in a way it was finally alive.

For that secret at 1:10:50, you can actually exit the room by pushing the vent at the left, that way you won't have to die to underwater Samara. Not sure why it didn't work for Maka but it worked for me.

These guys are good at making puzzle-based games, but they're endings really leave a lot to be desired. Limbo had a simple yet very enigmatic ending that inspired conversation. This game's ending just.. kind of falls flat. No pun intended
