I figured out all of these except for 14, because I didn’t realize that wall-bombing was even a thing you could do in this game, and 20, because I didn’t understand that the two angles lines on the broken piece of the tablet symbolized the pattern’s starting point… so I kept trying to do angled inputs, which didn’t seem right to me since none of the other patterns used them, but I just didn’t get what they were!

I did the final fairy with the broken gold tablet and the fairy at the secret gathering place and I thought I was smart for solving those puzzles. I would never have found the rest honestly... Thank you.

The tower itself was the line puzzle for Fairy 10. You mentioned that a line through a part of the line puzzles means a stop. There were two stop lines on the way up the tower.

Im actually kinda mad because of these fairies. EVERYTHING in this game, besides the fairies, is, albeit sometimes still pretty cryptic, at least solvable with a good attention to detail. However, like half of these fairies are just absolute bullshit with no hint whatsoever. Its really sad to see. Only because of that the game now leaves a bittersweet memory. It'd be better off without them in my opinion.

This is my least favorite part of this game. Whenever I need to use a guide for a game for a huge section like this, it’s makes the game a chore. This guide though is really easy to understand and navigate so thank you for this.

7:48 It can be done in day mode, by freezing an enemy and using the orb to go to the platform. It can also be done from Fortress 1, where you climb a big lader takeing the exit at top left of the room where one enemy is with no need to have freeze and/or orb weapons.

Came here in need of fairies #14 and #15. Re #14: I agree with Maka that was prob the most obnoxious non-contexaul wall I have ever seen. Once the video pointed out it's dynamite reactive, I was able to spot two other explosive secret walls in the immediate surrounding area (thanks to the 3 flowers on the ground, that's apparently the contextual hint here lol) Re #15: This one I should have known honestly, it was right under my nose the whole time. There's actually a hand-drawn map of the maze's trail on p.52 of the manual, so you can just follow that visually. Thanks for that last push over to full completion! 🙌

I found all but four of them being 4, 11, 15, and 20. The rotating light puzzle is about the only one I would say would cause the most frustration besides 20. The compass one made sense once you put the clue from the Atoll map page to use. (clever little realization) And the invisible path one I had correct myself but I guess I might have been one input off. Other wise once you get in the head space of looking for the clues they just sorta started showing themselves to you. That and the helpful seeking spell.

apparently if you enter the code for fairy 15 and get the fairy before walking the invisible path and getting the chest in the center the path disappears or at least i think the chest containing the fairy blocks the path so you cant access the center chest without the teleport

I loved the beginning and end game puzzles, they’re so fun! But when you gotta figure out these secrets it really becomes a slog. It just boils down to figuring out these cryptic arrow key inputs, then going to the next area to input a different set.

How exactly do you figure out these button combos? I'd love to know how to do it myself and just use this video as a guide for their locations, but I don't understand how you determine the sequence. Maybe I'm just stupid, but any time you're like "follow the line puzzle" I have no clue how to do that. It's incredibly obtuse. Like #9 I have no idea how those lines on the carpet translate into all those inputs. There's only a few of them I can figure out without explicit instructions.

It's pretty obtuse! Check the manual, page 47. It shows a chest, a fairy, and the "seeking spell," with the fairy locations and final fairy waterfall location on the following page. If you follow the path in a straight line beginning from the large, pink flower on each of the square platforms and trace them to the adjacent smaller white flowers, that is how these patterns are found.
