I've just completed school 2 today. After hundreds of tries, and 3 completions that didn't count (never been so pissed at game code!), I started with the final rail and got it after a handful of attempts. Spent a couple days losing my mind over that challenge.

For venice beach, I noticed that delaying leveling out as long as possible with the transfer button on the first gap makes it more consistent to trigger the gap.

I ended up noticing that everytime I got quite far into the roof it would trigger, but most of the time when I was landing quite near the edge all I would get is the “vent to roof gap” but when I got a good launch up there to get more into the roof I would get it

@@bassettgames8076 mall is difficult because it's a really long line. The 2nd Gap in mall is all about timing. If you don't jump late, you will never get the escalator gap, the 1st and 3rd one are easy. Once you get the hang of traveling around using only manuals and grinds it's easy. Roswell is only hard because of the high deck gap, once you can do that consistently you'll get it in one go. It's not like any of them are actually hard. It's more about if this is the time the game will let you get it. Some gaps don't trigger everytime, like downhill jam. And other times your balance meter will just wonk out and there is nothing you can do but start over. And then other times the gap has some rediculous trigger that you have to spend so much time trying to figure out how to even get it. The challenges are more luck based than anything.

I got the trophy/achievement a couple days ago. In school 2, I found it easier if you start on the right rail ( your 4th one) , then manual/grind your way back up to the beginning and get the last 3 gaps. Either way, your videos were so helpful! Thanks you!

Skatestreet I started with surfin USA, then manualed over the wall, then manualed to the top of the half pipe which I jumped to grind on, and jumped over to the top ledge of the bowl for the extension transfer and then went all the way around for circle the pool.

On Marseille, it's worth noting that you need to jump over the dumpster lengthwise. It counts as a different gap if you jump over the other way

For the School II hard Get There, last Roll Call rail, I find it easiest to go up, wall plant straight by the lockers just to the left of the tunnel, and go back down, doesn't require any hard turns and easier to keep momentum/manual balance since you're at the end of a pretty massive combo.

Oh btw if any of you are having trouble with the bullring one when you are about to get off the wire to the ramp do an early manual go up the ramp and come back down with ONLY a revert no manual. Makes life much easier

You can do the banana jump first, it's much easier. Then do Rail Plat, Nailin the Rail, and end in Up to the Stands.

In Underground, it felt like you could easily hold a manual for 30 seconds before it stops dropping randomly. Like sometimes in this game I can manual for 30 seconds and then most of the time it just drops/gives out immediately.

Jump a few times between the grinds. Always hold down X/A when manualing to maintain speed. It's very hard not because it requires so much skill but because reaching the banana is based mostly on luck.

Hang in there mate. I also have manuals and reverts failing sometimes but I think its just the timing and speed. You’ll have to input controls very fast and sometimes your input becomes sloppy. Im gonna complete this game platinum even if it takes forever. I enjoy it very much aside from the rage moments .

The problem with venice is I've connected that ramp 2 roof so many times but it won't register its pretty lame.

If you jump off from the angled side of the ramp, it might not register. Try using the cast shadow on the ramp as a guide for your boneless.

Yup, they were added to this game to give the opportunity for better combos. There is a choice to take it out and go back to the legacy controls if you want.
