They consider SM as one of the anchor stores ng One Ayala mall. Kagandahan nya may mga ibat ibang stores na common na sa Ayala malls ginawa lng nila Mas accessible thru the new terminal mall

Idol di kaya malugi ibang mga negosyo dyan lalo yung sobra mahal ang rent? Bukod sa rent ng store ay babayaran pa ng mga may ari yung mga tauhan nila at bukod pa bayad sa tubig at kuryente at internet. Sana dumami na mga tao na pumupunta sa mall na iyan.

Mainit sa one ayala mall na yan sa totoo lang. Tried 3 times na pumunta dyan grabe ang init dyan. nagtitipid sila ng aircon. Kasing init sa greenbelt. Maganda lang interior pero need nila upgrade ang air-conditioning system nila if gusto nila dumugin sila ng maraming tao.

Connected na ang sm makati sa one ayala mall kaya hindi na nila siguro nilagyan ng department store.

Mas ok yan compared sa CYBERZONE, at least dyan di ka ngarag mag ikot plus ok pa interiors nya improve nlang Yung air-conditioning ng mall

Para kasing Hindi kumpleto ang Malaking Mall kung Walang Department Store,Cinemas at mga pang mas ang Fastfood,like Jollibbe,Burger King,KFC,Dunkin Donuts,Chowking,etc. Tapos puro high end stores lang,tulad ng na una ng Shanri la Mall,kaya pag gumagala ako nuon doon,ko konti ang Tao,para kasing sinasabi ng Mall na Bawal ang Masa dito,ang masama karamihan ng mg bagong Mall ay puro high end stores na,wala yong mga nabangit kung fastfood n Dept. Stores,like Gateway n Greenhills Mall,Altough nageexpand pa sya at Sana May malaking Fastfood Area,like Megamall na closed ngayon,yan ang kaibahan ng Megamall,pwede sa Lahat,kaya maTao.

If i were ayala, gagawin kong walang bayad ang parking tuwing weekend sa mall na yan gaya nung bagong bukas.
