Makayla, i just want to express my endless gratitude for your videos. I have severe insomnia - these past 9 nights i haven’t slept a wink for 3 of them, and have otherwise been unable to sleep before 5 in the morning - and am otherwise plagued by sleep fragmentation and nightmares. That, coupled with the fact that I’ve just started university means i’m barely holding it together. i’ve started shaking from sleep depravation and my eyes are droopy. i’ve watched many asmrtists in my time, and while i could easily stay awake through 3 hour long videos, your content puts me to sleep in 15 minutes flat. they do not sell sleep medication over the counter where i live, and i have not had the chance to see a doctor yet, so like many others, i’ve been relying on your videos to make sure i get at least some sleep. thank you, truly, for the hard work you put out
