Ross mainly scalps just a few hrs in the morning. Having said that though, if something great happens, he will jump on youtube and go live. You need to close the contract when it gets close enough to your strike point

This is what to look for. 1.) AAPL will retest for all time high, and will most likely go down after it hits around $248 2.) AAPL will then likely fall to around $245 3.) At $245 your APPL contracts will be worth more money then when you bought them, so you will then sell them for profit. Whatever you do, do not hold them until expiration, immediately sell them as soon as $245 touched and as long as you are in the green. The longer you hold a option contract the less it will be worth when you sell it unless it has gained value by going in the direction of the strike price. Don't miss the sell timing or else you will have to wait for it to retest and it has a higher likelihood of breaking out each time it does this. I don't know what the sofi play you are talking about was, but tomorrow looks like it might be an up day for sofi, so if you bought a call option be on the look out because it will probably cross the $16 dollar barrier tomorrow but it might not stay above that for very long.
