@@ShanHanif Great video!Do you think you could make one about how to actually do the work for clients? Like, where to learn the skills you mentioned or how to really deliver results? Is it as simple as watching tutorials online and applying that for a client, or is there more to it? I really want to provide genuine value, but just watching a 20-minute video on running FB ads doesn’t feel like enough. Am I overthinking it?

Hey Shan, hope you're good. I just want to say I love your content and the video changed my view on guarantees and sales calls. This was arguably one of the best videos I have watched in a while about the agency space. Can you make a video for someone starting out newly, with no clients, learning skills? There is a concept that you should start with one thing and move up, or do you think we should always start as a full-scale agency? Appreciate it, Shan.

Hey Shan, what do you think about AI? I am learning google ads and working with a few small business, but sometimes I really get afraid of AI taking over in the next 1-2 years. And that cause a lot of anxiety in me

Hi Shan great video and have run a funnel agency. You mentioned Figma it’s this what you are using to set the client up? I like the concept that you run the whole process and create a base + pricing. You might as well do the copywriting b/c honestly they have no clue. 🤦♀️

That part about being closest to the sale really hit me, do you think being a "brand awareness gen" agency is still viable if you've got clients that have good conversion systems or by partnering with an agency that does the conversion side of things. Just for context, I run a dfy YT agency getting sales calls for b2b n b2c businesses
@ShanHanif23 күн бұрын
I would do it all. So you run the youtube channel and plug into their sales system and be part of it or you manage the sales too for that funnel. But why only youtube? Could be across socials

Going to start this as a one person business for now. So I can build and network a bit for agency in the future. Do you think agencies can raise money or does it have to be something very unique to the market ?

Yes you can. I did. Just need to show you can scale

I help e-commerce implement 3D experiences like Augmented Reality and 3D configurators. I implement the experience in the e-commerce and create for them the 3D models that they need for the experience. My challenge is, how can I go about controlling the sales of it? I would like to ask them more.

@@ShanHanif can you create like a video for someone starting out newly cause most people that make videos about it are just trying to sell you a $999 course. we want someone that made a majority of his money actually doing it not teaching people how to do it

🔥 Shan mate you are a legend! I've been following your content for a while and its really inspiring to see your growth, and I can speak for the majority of your audience and let you know your story and way of communicating is genuinely inspiring for the younger up and coming generation and you offer so much knowledge - I'm grateful you share this with us. The blueprint you provided here and talking about no BS strategies when selling is so true - if you can provide on your service and be as good as your craft as you obviously are, you won't need to rely on a sleazy script so thank you for sharing that 🙂 Mate I have to ask - when you've decided on your ideal customer and target avatar (e.g. Male KZbinrs between 100k - 1m subs) how do you go about outreach with these clients? How did you start with Genflow? Is it finding emails and put them on a cold outreach flow? Word of mouth? What does your sales pipelines and process look like especially for client acquisition? I would find this info super valuable and I'm sure others would too - I would love to know more about this in depth and your story and tips and tricks too brother, Really looking forward to learn more from you and take my agency from 6 to 7 figures this year with your content! Love to see you back here man your work is making a huge impact 💸 Cheers brother love from Australia

The single best way honestly is manual outreach. Where you sit and email your ICP after doing the research, finding a clear problem you can solve and then emailing that founder. I call it Hot Outreach and always works. Truth is 99% people do terrible cold emails to 1000 emails they find online and hence why it doesn’t work that well. Going to drop a free course on KZbin soon and will cover this in detail.
