Loved the video! Your point on actively surrounding yourself with successful people by moving cities I will take on board moving forward as I haven’t finished A levels and moved out of the house yet. I’m gonna attend one of your online classes soon!

Great place to be, and mindset to have in college. Carry that through into your next few years and you’ll grow quickly 💪

Well done on this video & success so far

Oh as this video goes on I have to say it’s a bit judgmental, nothing wrong with a young person wanting to have fun and travel, seeing and experiencing the world is more valuable than any money

It's all correct what you've said in the video. Everything is possible when you know where your are going and you are working hard.

The year house prices actually decline 😂😂 only joking need a recession first . 6% interest rates and massive increase in building costs will slow it all down

Feel like I owe you a better comment because my earlier one was silly... -I think it can be hard to know where to start once you've been inspired so I'd say do something very simple and obvious for example, commit to an exercise routine and committ to saving £250 per month (or whatever you can). -small point on ignorance tax would be to watch out for scams. the biggest thing putting me off wouldn't be the up front costs, its wondering whether the returns are real. -Finally, It's obvious that you are trustworthy and a worthwhile investment. I may well use your services for guidance in the future as I'm considering branching out into BRRR.

Other comment was slightly better, but this one is also good. Agree on all points above. Being careful who you work with is super important. Do due diligence and check they are legitimate! Look forward to potentially speaking or working together in the future. 🤝

I may post a more substantial comment after watching the video but for now I'd just like to let you know that the thumbnail makes you look like a pirate with an eyepatch.

Haha does that mean you clicked on it to watch me be like a pirate? 😂 🏴☠️

Don’t be jealous! I work hard and my life isn’t crazy glamorous. Achieving money and time freedom is absolutely achievable by anyone

@JustinWilkins I made that comment after only watching first minute, thought it was funny but regretted it five minutes later. Great video Justin. I don't need five bad points as my first two are doing all the damage, my downfall is overthinking to paralysis and not prioritising, hopefully my limited success so far will spur me on to bigger things
