Hello, a question. At second 18 when you hit I to insert faces it doesn't do it. Do you have something activated? I have tried to do it with Ctrl +B. The first time I got something similar but I deleted the project because the top part was not right. And now I don't get it. Could you help me? Thank you

Make sure you are in face selection mode and as I had selected multiple faces i pressed "I" twice so that each face could be inserted individually.
