For the last year or so, I’ve been crafting wood flags as a hobby & have been pretty successful with selling them locally, as well as in other states. I’ve never wanted to make barn quilts because it looked to difficult. Today when I was delivering my crafts to a store, the owner really encouraged me to start making barn quilts. That is what brought me to KZbin & your video. You REALLY made the process look attainable for me & I’m definitely going to try it. Thank you so much for this tutorial & how you stepped through all the processes!

As someone who has never been here before and isnt making a barn quilt I have so mamy questions even though I know this is old. Is the heat made of paper? Is it vinyl? Whats going on there? What us the yellow haired lady thinking? Did she want to be there are they fighting behind the scene? Was she annoyed when the other lady kept putting her ruler across her canvas. Did she just wake up? Do they even like eachother? Im refraining from timestamping and questioning but man this video is loaded. Thank you!

Welcome here to our channel, thank you for stopping by. As you pointed out, this is an older video and that is me and my daughter! We can be a handful together, lol! If you watch any of our newer videos, she is now the moderator. And yes we do love each other! You asked if the heat is made of paper, I am not sure what you are asking there.

Do you pattern books have more than one size? I'm looking for one that's about 36" square for a wall outside. I'm assuming I can enlarge the using some math. Thank you. Loved your video.

I made one following your directions on 1/4 inch plywood. How do I hang it on a brick wall? I don't know what to put on the back of my barn quilt.
@ellenjgoods3 жыл бұрын
I think you would have to secure an anchor into your wall and then hang it. You may need someone with more expertise in drilling into brick or stone . I’m so glad you finished your project!

how do you hang on the shed what do put on the back it to hang it
@ellenjgoods2 жыл бұрын
Hi! These have a hanger on the back for indoor use. You can either do a wire hanger or sawtooth hanger. An outdoor quilt for a shed would require something more permanent like being screwed in place.
