Make the instrument panel open and remove the black cover what is over the leds to keep them in place

So they are 3volt LED I take off the bad LED them I install the new LED

That i dont know, it are just the basic red led, but i dont know how much voltage they are. maybe you can take an other led from a defect instrument panel for use it in the good instrument panel.
