I'm may sound a bit conspiracy theory here, but youtube has employees who are essentially the human hamsters on the wheel, they are essential to youtube physically running, but at the same time they still get treated like shit, also they get paid like shit, just typical company dynamics. Now I can't see why a bunch of higher ups at youtube would give a fuck about screwing with her, it seems too pointless of a thing to do and a complete waste of time, also the algorithm is easy enough to work with, so I'd say this is being done by some asshole hamster who fucks with peoples channels to feel powerful. If this is true then she could get her channel unfucked with, but she would need a lawyer and she'd have to go to court and this costs loads of money :/
