Thanks for this. I’ve only just started transitioning to childrens books but one thing I noticed when selecting categories there doesn’t seem to be a specific one for childrens books and not to mention the kdp category UI is rubbish at best.

And really good presentation style too :) Update: I made a coloring book with those free licensed graphics as taught. Amazon sent me an email asking to list contributor name upon publishing. Weird question and request. Would you create a short video on your tax situation? Since you are an individual publisher I wonder how that works for you.

I have a company into which goes the royalties from my publishing. The problem with such a video is that everyone's situation is different and it will be different from country to country and, in the US, probably state to state. And really, only an accountant will be able to give the right advice. I think most people start with having royalties going into their personal account and only consider a company if earnings reach a certain level and it becomes tax beneficial.

Hello Paul! I incidentally came across your videos 2 evenings ago and i am loving them! I'm on holiday at the moment so I have time to play and learn! Could you please help me as I have now hit a brick wall with the tracing book. I have tried googling and asked friends but can't seem to get an answer that works. You say that you are using Keynote to put the curved arrows around the numbers, unfortunately i don't have Keynote but you mention that it can also be done on Powerpoint. I just need to know how to transfer the size of the page in Keynote (612 by 7921) to the equivalent in Powerpoint. Would you be able to help please? Thank you!
