@@ELECTRONOOBS i have an idea for a new video, but i don’t sure how powerful it will be, that is using an induction motor (doesn’t matter it is single phase or 3 phase, if it is single phase, it required to has a aux winding or staring winding) with a capacitor can turn into a generator
@davidwarda5616Ай бұрын
@@ELECTRONOOBS the reason why your generator was only outputting 8V AC was because you had double south and north magnet polarities. this output is weak, because in actual generators, 1 north and 1 south of magnets are placed in the rotor, only 1 north and 1 south, not double, since it slows the changing of polarity of the AC current.
@grahamwise5719 Жыл бұрын
The generator was 14V x 100A = 1400VA a big difference to the magnets. Yes you need power to magnetise so that reduces the ouput power. Another thought a transformer to convert the 3 phase to single phase and perhaps boost the voltage. interesting video thanks

Shouldn't the rotor carrying magnet be made of ferrous metal? Right now, the flux lines from one magnet to another is flowing all over and not really guided by low reluctance rotor steel.
@korishan Жыл бұрын
10:20 "How are the ppl from the fake videos getting 220VAC because I'm using better and bigger magnets and only get 50V peak to peak" Here's something to consider (tho, they are fake, no doubt) when they replaced the metal portions with magnets, they left the metal core in tact. So they could very well be getting higher voltage because they have stronger magnetic flux extending out into the coils. You used plastic as the core, which magnetic flux can not be amplified in. A revision to your rotor would be to make it so that you can put metal/iron bands under the magnets. It would be best to have a solid band from end-to-end of the magnets, but with a plastic stator, this would be difficult. Unless you drilled some holes in the metal band to help secure it to the stator. You would loose the ability to have precise slots for the magnets. Altho you could make a sleeve to go outside, or use 2 bands and have 3 spots for slots, top/bottom/middle. It would break up the magnetic flux a little bit, but not a whole lot. Doing this would greatly increase the output of the generator. If you look up DIY wind turbines with repurposed ceiling fans, you'd see that this is what is done to boost the output. The difference with a ceiling fan is the rotor/stator are reversed. The metal band is placed and secured to the housing the blades attach to. Then the magnets are secured to the band.

For The sceptics; Nikola Tesla has turned around classical Maxwell, Hertz, Einstein approach to not recognizing Scalar Longitudinal Waves, which are part of the Aether and have infinite instant speed. This are an electrical potential between A and B which by disturbing The Aether it disturbs the whole Universe. Tesla quote; If you want to understand the Universe, think in terms of Energy, Vibrations/ Resonance and Frequency. No Matter is mentioned Einstein was calling this “phenomena” quote; Spooky action in a distance. Unquote. Tesla was spiritual extremely capable of Thinking Cleary and even he was dreaming during his lucid sleep creating his inventions in detail. After his win in the AC DC current war with Edison he constructed Niagara Falls electric power station, utilizing Gravity of water to convert mechanical energy to electrical. It was done by using Tesla’s invention; AC power Generator as well as Transformers are still used today to light our cities, run industry, is used in medicine and many other. Needless to say, we use his inventions pretty much all the time, even when sleeping. His major inventions were Tesla coils and its applications. When presenting his Invention at Wanderclief Tower Long Island ,and successfully Pumped or connected the positive Ions in Stratosphere and Ionosphere and Earth as negatively charged. He used his double coil invention in between and converted 8 vols of DC to start the action and converted it to millions of volts of AC power. Morgan, as an investor in the project asked Tesla what the hell this is. His answer was ; Free energy for everyone anywhere. Morgan got up and said; I’m not interested if I cant charge. This was a turning point for Tesla and he was pushed to obscurity living in hotels and after his Lab was burned down and taxi hit him on the pavement. All I learned so far by studying Tesla is ,that The World is based on Conformism rather than Curiosity and perseverance. Aby human being has got Talent for Something. Electromagnet is stronger than permanent. Yes, the ability to regulate against rotational speed and load is valuable, the move away from magneto to alternator was due much higher power generation. What you could do, span 2 alternators. Don't go wild redesigning the rotor, just pop the coil out of one, and replace it with a stack of microwave oven magnets, use the power of that side to then power the electromagnet of the other. This is already being done in production, I'm just pulling a blank on what this is called officially. But, much simpler to use a large, powerful, disc magnet in place of the rotor coil.

Great Video! but I think you forgot the Inner Iron!? Think about rebuiding the rotor with a section of 5mm or thicker iron pipe so the inner N-S Magent flux is used. This is why the outer windings are in Iron. You could then epoxy your magnets on the Iron. It might be fun to see how much Power Difference you would get ??

try this instead. MATERIALS: one 6 inch dia. by 6 inch long with a quarter inch hole for axle in center neodymium magnet. one threaded rod quarter inch dia. 12 inches long with 8 washers and 8 nuts. Two ball birrings , a round plastic 12 inches dia. with alluminum fins around it to create static electricity , 2 capacitors a transformer. TO give you an idea the frame holds the motor/generator on top. the static generator on the bottom both connected to the same axle pre charge the caps and start motor with 12 volt battery. motor/generator turns and gives out voltage , the static generator gives out voltage and ALL voltage goes into the capacitors. the voltage goes into npn transistor and that energy goes into transformer to plug ins strip and a wire goes from plug ins strip to motor. I suppose you could add in a 50 watt solar panel for extra power.

You can;t arbitrarily use x number of magnets. The best tactic is to completely disassemble the rotor and place in the position of the coil an axially polarized ring magnet(s). The hard part is to find a dimensionally correct magnet.
@davidpotter9462 Жыл бұрын
The six pole alternator he's using should have twelve magnets. You're correct, there's only one right number unless it's rewired with a different number of poles. A bigger diameter alternator would have room for more magnets and/ or windings poles. Twenty four magnets don't match up to the stator poles. There's not really enough room for twelve poles in that case without using tiny wire. So that part was sort of a waste of time.

@@DocterKankle If you want to increase the generated voltage of a generator, you must increase the number of turns of the coil, and if you want to increase the ampere, you must increase the thickness of the coil.. By using the winding formulas, these changes can be made...
