Of course. Villain based off a genuinely threatening presence in the Mega Man franchise gets framed as being just as big of a threat in their introductory cutscene, only to turn out to be a complete joke when fighting them. Now where have I seen that...?

They don't like serious "dark" themed villains and rather prefer marginally competent and goofy ones, since they feel those have more personality. I know, for example, Snoruntpyro hated all the non-Bowser Mario RPG villains for that reason. Not that I completely agree, but that was the mood when I was on their discord server for a year.

@@anueutsuho7425 and still sadly for me,that devs dont like dark themed villains,this coolest idea,i always liked it,why then they presented in introduction threat and intrigue like real threat universe if we had see like absurdly clowning regal idiotically losing like typical weakest villain at shitty joke,i so never was disappointed yet,this pointless villans action,devs just makes peoples is disappointing at presenting of villain which may become most threatest of world which battle network fans so loves,cooler than srara, and total we got most worst villain for entire history of magmml series and fangames in general which cant do nothing,i want to he become better than srara but hapend absolute fail,to me and man of high comment,i was hope yet since magmml 2 which was showed scene after credits with unknown voice after when you beating tier x null and void,cause you promising threat which may collapse entire our dimension,and getting this villain with dumbest role ever,(or me have was highest expectations),but regal was such loser,i thought he become like thanos lol,(i like themed villains)but srara remain greatest threats all time,they may also like trio destroy universe with tier x powers and create new world with energy elements,that regal not do it,he has clown compared srara that laughing on him because he's unlucky behind frames,and degrading in tier x,(who seen ending in EZ there understand this)imho devs makes regal is degrade,okay someone me tells why we here must have collect energy elements i dont want dangers spoilers?

yall forget regal is from battle network and the whole reason hes like this is because hes a shallow, one note character who is just EVIL and his motivations in bn5 only cement that fact and it takes WILY to change his character around on the topic of wily, just imagine a world where wily is a one note and one dimensional character. where would we be without him?

Fun Fact: -Wily’s- Ernest’s dialogue at 22:07 will actually change if you’re using the Bass costume The only other instance of something like this happened is Sound Man’s dialogue changing if you have something music-related in your character’s name (i.e using an Enker costume)
