Make a Grapefruit cake in pink colour

It rained many times in spring. My pet hasn't been out in the yard for a long time,It watches through the glass every day.
We cannot to change weather but wait. Put energy on the small things.
Fruit jelly ball actually is that covering different fruits by jelly.
A grapefruit cake is the favourite cake for me who don’t like sweet food. Soft chiffon cake and sour-sweet grapefruit with a bit bitter are combined together. It owned rich flavour and taste.

汽水盛宴 【西柚蛋糕】 1、4个鸡蛋的蛋清蛋黄分离，分别装入无油干净容器。 2、蛋黄糊：蛋黄+30g糖+50g色拉油+55g柚子汁，拌匀，再筛60g低筋粉，蛋抽Z字拌匀。 3、蛋白霜：蛋清分次加50g糖，打发至中性发泡状态。 4、蛋黄糊+1/3蛋白霜拌匀，再倒入剩余的蛋白容器中拌匀。 *一定要轻缓、少次顺时针搅拌，否则面糊消泡影响蛋糕胚膨发。 5、烤箱预热至150度，烤25分钟，拿出脱模，撮去焦皮，用圆形模具压出蛋糕胚。 6、西柚挖出全部果肉，内部刮净。 每层依次：西柚肉+奶油+蛋糕胚+奶油+西柚肉+蛋糕胚+奶油+西柚果肉+薄荷叶。 【彩虹气泡水果串串】 水果串串：*可以用任何自己喜欢的水果，我这次用的是龙眼、橙子、蓝莓、树莓、西柚、青提。 1、模具内先分别加各种果肉后，盖上模具。 2、300ml沸水+30g白凉粉，拌匀后关火。 3、用针筒把凉粉液打入模具，冷藏1小时。 水果气泡缸：*可以用任何自己喜欢的水果，我这次用的是西瓜、橙子、火龙果、蓝莓、树莓、西柚、猕猴桃。 1、半个西瓜果肉榨汁，打气备用。 2、缸中冰块铺底+西瓜气泡汁+各色水果片+薄荷叶。 3、菠萝缸重复西瓜缸做法。做好架上水果串串。 【气泡水果特调】 1、水果冰球：1个芒果榨汁，倒入猫爪模具；5个草莓榨汁，倒入草莓模具中，冷冻2小时。 2、300ml饮用水打气备用。 3、两个杯子分别堆满芒果冰球&草莓冰球，再倒气泡水。
