It is important to note that ip adresses will *NOT* show you actual exact geolocation of the device, but it CAN show you the accuracy to a state and maybe even to a city , and it can be used for identity theft by contacting the ISP provider that may also show from the ip adress , but I believe the police and fbi can find that information when running investigations.

Yeah so the city and state are based on whichever server or tower your data is coming from. I've seen ways to do it by getting your first and last name they'll use white pages alternatives with your city/state to wittle down the results and pull your address. NSA is known to have a huge database of ip to addresses cuz it was leaked forever ago.

The IP just links you to the signal tower for the coordinates yes. If it cones down to the police, FBI, your ISP they can find the address the IP is assigned to but even then abuse done by the IP is much harder to prove and 9 times out of 10 ISP will give up and say it's an exploited router, or know internet criminals utilize anti-forensic tools on their devices.

Very well explained. As a C# coder for 4 years, i think that you did a nice job explaining for anyone looking to learn to code in a good language. Why not use a WebClient if you where writing it in C#? and 3rd, why not just use iploc? You split the string by the comma only to readd it.

I made something similar, but it uses a discord webhook that then sends everything to a server. Having a simple static (live) HTML page will do the Trick
