Because the buns are large and heavy with the filling, it may have pushed the dough into the weave of the cloth and the steaming caused the dough to rise again, locking it to the cloth. The buns are thoroughly cooked and wonderful to look at. The children break them apart to eat them, so it worked out fine. They enjoyed them.
Toddler whining she didn't get her way. Mom explained to her why she had to stay. Mom did right by letting toddler know who is boss. Vegetables are beautiful as well as the dough and your buns are still edible and flavorful. All of us who cook have dishes that are not perfect.

不用紗布、只要在蒸之前在蒸籠 上掃一層油便可

I have watched that for preparing the buns, when you roll the dough with the rolling pin, you only roll the outer part of the circle of dough, so that the center is thicker. You turn little by little the dough with your left hand, and with the rolling pin only do a short movement to thin the outside part that will be folded to close the bun. Don't worry! the same thing happened to me when I was making them for the first time! They look delicious!
Did you know you can cut the outer lives of your spinach plant and live the young and tender ones on, without uprooting them? They will continue to grow more leaves and you can extend your harvesting season!!! If you uproot the whole plant, it stops! We do that around here! You're a good mom and your buns look very good. I will try your recipe!

Don't fret, Momma. Your buns may not have turned out pretty but you are still serving your family a nutritious meal and that's what REALLY matters. Go, Momma!

That's okay if the buns are broken. Important thing is if they taste good. Maybe you need to wipe some oil on the cloth or put some wax paper under each of the buns?
Love your kids. So unspoiled even the baby. You are doing a great job. I watched a video with quint girls in a restaurant crying because they had to eat a vegetable. What a difference. Keep up the good work.

ЗдОрово, тесто с шпинатом, надо было без марли, просто форму для выпечки смазать хорошо растит.маслом
