Hello! Welcome to my channel.
Let's make a Men's Chunky Crochet Jumper with me.
☆☆☆Please note that this jumper is size LARGE and the fit is SLIM.☆☆☆
In this video, I will be showing you how I did the front part.
WHAT YOU NEED
* approx 1000g 14ply wool yarn (doesn't have to be 14ply but at least 12)
* 5mm and 5.5mm needle (change according to your yarn)
* stitch markers
* a measuring tape (if you want to make a different size)
* a pair of scissors
* a yarn needle
My husband wanted a slim fit chunky jumper so I used the measurements of his most worn jumper.
This is a good way to get the measurements you want.
If you want to make it smaller or bigger, simply adjust to your measurements by subtracting or adding more rows or stitches.
I do love the look of the classic crochet jumper but my husband wanted knit-like look so I tried to mimic it by going vertical instead of going horizontal.

If I want the length longer, how do I incorporate it?

Hello! Thank you for your comment. You have to add more stitches when doing front and back. I suggest measuring the length of the additional chains to be exact. For example, if you want to add 10cm, I would add 13chains (10cm). Hope this helps!❤

Hey! Likr the video very much. Just a bit confused, my yarn doesn't have any info about the "ply" it says 50g ~150m. Can i still use it?

@@dayasatram2261 Hello! Thank you for your comment. Ply indicates the thickness of the yarn. So if it looks thick like the one I used in the video, it should be ok! But normally 50g of 12 or 14ply has 60m -70m of yarn...so 150m seems quite long... You can also look for the recommended needle size on the label. It should say 5.5mm or 6mm or 6.5mm. Hope this helps!😊
