Great interview! Thank you. I've been sending out an average of 800 letters per month since December 2023, with the same message, "Would you consider selling your property at 123 Main St to a prospect of mine?" I handwrite the envelopes and I am also following up with a call after I've sent the letter. I've gotten a few calls and I've had a few conversations but no listings or sales yet. My question: Is there a specific sweet spot for "Time of Ownership" to send the letters to, 5 years, 7 years, 10+ years? I am in the South Florida Market

Great question! You can always look at area turnover rate to see how often people are moving in and out of a particular neighborhood but remember, consistency is key when it comes to golden letters. It's not a matter of if but when. When you consistently send out golden letters, you'll stay on the top of the minds of potential clients and eventually get that listing!
