This is a very old pattern. It is called Hound's Tooth and Shepherd's Checks. This pattern is usually woven into the fabric; and, it is usually used in Men's clothes (only it is woven very small). I have seen it in jackets, pants, coats, shirts and women's better skirts. I bought a men's shirt and used the green and white woven Hound's tooth designed fabric in a quilt. Thank you for this video. Your quilt is cute.
