The mid-air collusion between coust guard and turbolinen On February 16 4:48 PM a coust guard c-130 and turbolines c-400 were preparing for a flight from main airport to hills airport The c-130 took off at 5:04 and the c-400 at 5:18 While crusing at 13000 feet the c-130 received a hydraulic failure in the tail movement Same with the c-400 but it was radar failure (the system that prevent planes from colliding) Both planes' radios lost signal The c-130 pilot spot an incoming c-400 but because the have tail failure it couldn't pull up quickly The c-400 could not see the c-130 (the pilots were counting on the radar system) The c-400 spots the c-130 but it was too late...... the c-400 collided with the c-130's tail and both planes fall from the sky Edit:the timelapse means the time

The ATC didnt reaslize the other plane was there so they told the plane to go the direction that the other plane was in. By the time the pilot noticed he told the ATC but it was too late. As soon as the ATC reaslized that the other plane was there the planes tail hit the other plane causing it to fall off and the plane could no longer fly causing it to crash.
