i picked up knitting 2 months ago, purely to clam my nerves for getting into a plane for the very first time in my 27 years on this planet to go see my BF who lives in a different country (he's form the UK and i'm from the Netherlands). after my visit, i got home and picked it back up again since i quite enjoyed it, and 2 months later today i want to learn how to crochet lmao tbh, my bf being a metal head and me being a metalhead/gothic i thought it was an odd thing for me to start knitting, but upon randomly finding your youtube channel it made me believe it really doesn't matter what you are or what style you got. if you enjoy knitting and crocheting than there's really no problem at all, nothing weird about it truly motivates me to get into this more

WOW, you have taken the mystery out of sweaters knitting on Addi. Thank you so very much. You are so creative and can certainly think outside the box. I have watch so many "make a sweater on Addi videos" and try as I have; it is so hard and my results were not worthy of gift giving. And yet you just make it so simple by Ribbing on small Addi and adding the ribbing to bottom of sleeve and how to attach the arms. Pure Genius. I am 80 and knitting for Christmas presents, so even though your pattern is worth $5.00 it is more than I have; I but am so thankful to you for the great direction on your video. I have 4 Adult sweaters to make for Christmas and I want a different look than the one; you made but with #4 worsted yarn and your Ideas I feel my next attempts will meet with better positive results. You made my Christmas.

when you use waste-yarn at the beginning of your projects, make the last round in a different color - that way when you have 'collected' all the live stitches, after you finished knitting the parts, you can just pull that last round of yarn right out and don't have to unravel it. (the waste-yarn at the end is unraveling from the right end, so that one solves itself.) hope you understand what I mean!
