I did downloaded and i don't have the same features and menu avatar presentation is not there version 12.2.12 i did check and there is not other update i'm in USA maybe that is the reason?

Hi Carlos, it could be that it hasn't reached the USA yet. I get early access to it as I am Filmora Certified Creative. Keep checking as it should be with you soon.
