I didn't think that these would be a game changer but they are absolutely delicious! They are also pretty versatile.
Meatballs
ground beef in any quantity you'd like
finely minced onion
an egg if you want
bread crumbs, I didn't use that many, maybe 1/4 C. per pound of meat? Maybe less
onion powder to taste
garlic powder to taste
worcestershire sauce, just a few shakes
salt and pepper to taste
water to desired consistency, meat mix should be able to hold firm a meatball form
shape into meatballs the size of walnuts or golf balls and put on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until browned a little. Check internal temperature with a food thermometer.
ideas for finished products-Sweet and sour sauce over rice, pasta sauce over spaghetti, cream sauce or mushroom sauce over buttered noodles or mashed potatoes, use with pasta sauce and grilled sausage, onions and peppers on a sub bun for a hearty sandwich.
