You didn't address the main issue, at least for the USA viewers, how to remove the device that stops them from being refilled. There is some that have springs which keep the valve closed if direction of air flow is reversed (refilling) and others with plugs, o-ringa, and some serious chinesium engineering that I CANT FIGURE THE FAWK OOUUUTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!

you can also use an old propane tank but it's heavy and the mercaptan make the air stink, not dangerous and higher capacity tho !
