Make an Arduino EPROM Programmer: Let's Read!

Today we make an Arduino programmer to read and write some pretty old, UV erasable EPROMs (1980)!
May seem like a lot of wires, but when you have a closer look, they are majestically simple little things!

I've done similar, but using an Arduino MEGA as the reader, wiring address pins to the to the upper i/o pins, and the data pins to the last 8.

I remember when PC's had these for bios's, if memory serves there were 3 in a PC, the odd, the even, and a keyboard bios...

Didn't know that! And nowadays they are too old and too small to shop locally! 256 is the smallest I could find, and I did quite some digging..

Thank you for sharing but it was messed up with the comment about the Arabs, by the way if it's not for the Arabs you be today grinding stones with your teeth my friend, the Arabs developed the civilisation that is born today through the semiconductor that you using which base zero and one binary numbers, imagine yourself doing all the algorithms with Roman number. Be grateful to the dedicated scientist that paved the way to today's technology.
