Angela, can you tell me where you bought the white fabric and the name of it so I get the correct fabric also, where do I find the stretch elastic and what size would I buy for the neckline and arm holes. Thanks so much. Tammy

Hi Tammy, I can't remember if I bought this at Joann fabrics, fields fabrics, or vogue fabrics (I bought from all 3 for this season of It's Sew Easy) It's a mesh, but didn't have an exact name. Did you catch this weeks life facebook show? I showed the fabric close up and talked all about it. For the stretch elastic you can find that at vogue fabric and sometimes joann's - I have only seen it in one size, I think its 1/2" fold over - facebook.com/AngelaWolfCouture/

You never mentioned how to encase the white fabric. You just mentioned using a stabilizer would be pain/too much work then went right to the green fabric to show how that was done.

She serges the side seams or you can use the stretch bias binding to enclose both pieces, then fold that binding over on the the top of the fabric and stitch again - like the neck and armhole.

Duuhh.. all elastic is stretch elastic! Perhaps you might cause less confusion using proper terminology as in calling the elastic fold over elastic? Sorry .. but you make it too confusing because you do not use proper sewing terms and you simply skip over important points to start with, so we dont know what is going on for the next steps Im not impressed but maybe Im just a slow learner?
