thanks so much I have one question how to make the font not to break and change .sometimes when I open my presentation in another computer the font of the writing breaks and changes it makes me feel tired to change all over again please cam you help?

Yeah, I know this happens! There can be few reasons for that, the font that your using in your computer may have not available on other computer or the version of PowerPoint you are using is not same. Let me tell you what I personally do in that case: If I have very small amount of text in my presentation slide and I am in doubt that the font may break down, I would use the "Merge Shape" option to convert my font into a shape so that it never breaks. If you want to do the same, then pick a text box, add some text there. Now, pick a rectangle shape, drag it over the text box and cover it. Holding the Ctrl button select the text box and then the rectangle. Now, go to format, then merge shape and select subtract. By this process your font will be converted into a shape and it will never break but remember you can not change the shape later as you can for text. If this helps, please let me know!

The most likely reason is that the font isn't available on the other computer. If you are using a non-standard font you can embed the font in your presentation so that when the presentation is opened on another machine the font will be available from within the presentation - but this will make the file size really big. The other option is to only use fonts that are commonly available list here: www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html The other disadvantage of using non-standard fonts is that if you are creating a presentation template to sell to a client they will need to buy licences for that font. I usually stick to good old Arial, at least you can use Arial Black for a bit of contrast with it.
