WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Card Base: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2"
Card Panel: 4 1/4 x 5 1/2"
White Strip: 2 x 5 1/4"
Black Mat: 2 1/4 x 5 1/2"
"Ribbon" Strips: (you'll require 4 strips each of 2 colors) 3/4" x 3 1/2"
