Shiori-san, tomato-seeds make the sauce go a bit bitter. and usually the tomato-skin has to be removed. this process is very easy. dip the tomatos 10 seconds into boiling water. afterwards you can very easily peel of the skin (works also great with big tomatos). then cut it open and remove the seeds (i usually use the seeds in my salad because i don't want to trow it away). and voilà, the sause for your pizza and pasta should now taste even better. btw. i learned this technic from a michelin-star chef.

Again, such a diligent young lady. You know; you might have been able to just fold and crimp the whole pizza crust and made a well stuffed calzone with all those great ingredients. It's not to everyone's taste, but it is good. Although I think a simple homemade crust mix (we have them in the States) make for a better calzone crust. I do like how you made such a good looking pizza sauce. You have inspired me!

In India, we shape this cheese into cubes and add it to curry (very similar to tofu) you can even make this cheese the natural way by letting the milk spoil by itself!!

Put some water in a bowl and crack an egg into the water, make some whole with a toothpick, and then microwave the egg for 40 seconds! You can make half-boiled egg very easily!!

Wow raw milk acts different than the milk from the store! I wish i could afford it. Also your whey looks like milk too. i could not get rid of it. It would break my heart.
