Never try this, it can cause a serious injury or can take your life. When you cut any material usually the blade kicks back. There is no safety covers to protect you here. Better to go for angle grinder for the circular saw. Your life is more precious than saving few bucks.

I purchased these attachments online and used on my drill machine. I found the wood cutter is very risky as it has very sharp teeth and to cut a plywood of 18mm you need to use lot of force to keep the drill in position and cut. Any mistake or loose grip will injure the persons around and may damage the work piece, though I worked safely. It can be used once in awhile jobs like DIY jobs, not regular work. For which you should use specific tool.

The green disk is a good hack for quick fix but the drill is not designed to handled kicks perpendicular to the rotation of the blade. Using this work around to much will wreck the bearings and gearing in the drill. Also, the drill doesn't have the right control grips. But it does work, have done it, both myself and drill survived but pay attention.

This sounds like one of those issues that seem right in theory, but in actual testing will prove to be inconsequential for all but the heaviest use cases. No one's really testing using a drill as a grinder however.

To avoid kickbacks dont use it with too much force on metal just let is braze the metal surface will take a lot of time but will save ur drill and enable u to cut metals for occasional jobs

@ravvraj This is for do it for urself ers who think this is the cheapest , u can get a 30 dollar plug in angle grinder, cheap shit prob won't last for a year, but thats when u think to urself if ur gonna use an angle grinder enough then u get a 70 dollar dewalt plug in angle grinder, etc...

Drills typically turn at 3500-4000 rpm while Rotary Tools turn at 5000-35000 rpm. These are totally different tools. You can put a cutting wheel on a drill but you will wear the motor and contacts of the drill. It is velocity/speed that does the job for a rotary tool plus the disks are very thin so it "cuts". The drill is just "grinding".

Dangerous and very hazardous tool, all cutting disks should have a Guard to protect the user from accidental contact and in case the disk shatters or breaks loose during the cutting process. Do not use that method for safety reasons, it's what we call unsafe homemade tools.

I tried same but it's not practical. The nut bolt system gets loose within seconds even on minor pressure. There should be right tool for the right job.

yes dear it really is very dangerous doing it with a drill instead of using a angle grinder,,, one more thing you have put the wood cutting blade wrong so its moving in the wrong direction coz if you put the blade right its catch the wood and snap the drill out of your precious hand :)😂 🤣

i cutted so many tiles by using this technique, buy 3'' diameter dremel tile saw & 3/8 bolt, nuts, 6 washer & fire up with your dewalt drill

@@peter-mk4ig it's Indian English man. These guys use grammar and verbs however they want and it's still English for them. It hurts my eyes to read this too. Other very common sentences that probably will make you want to give them an English grammar book as a present are "i like this MORE BETTER" (incorrect usage of comparative) and "i like too" (no object). And note it's not "I" (personal noun) but usually "i" (vowel), super irritating to read and worst to actually listen speaking.

It is not safe using drill to use for marble cutting or wood cutting but cutting for small metal rod is okay
