The colors are so brilliant and appealing to the eye.👏 I would get so aggravated when my drawings comes out all smugly and grainy. They look unfinished. You're welcome, glad to help! Yeah, having grainy-ness where you don't want it with colored pencils isn't fun! Solvent is amazing at getting rid of the grainy-ness, and you can get away with using more textured paper to make layering easier too. Thanks so much for watching my video. 😀

You are so welcome! To avoid the flat look after blending with solvent, you need to add a final layer of colored pencil, the "flat" look really only seems to be an issue with darker colors. Thank you for watching my video!
