Damn Dog, the art and quality of this video is fire. Inadvertently I've been following a similar method for myself the past 18 months and it's been a huge help. My big pick up here is to start doing weekly check ins/look aheads; I've been doing monthly which has served me well, but when the storm of life blows me off course, having a weekly point to reassess and adjust would be wiser and provide more adaptability.
