Make In India was one of the most revolutionary movements since Independence. I'm an NRI for the last 15+ years and have seen a clear change in the last 10 years. Multinational brands like IKEA started selling products made in India , which was not the situation before. In electronics we can see Samsung, LG etc selling made in India products in the overseas markets. Even Nissan cars come to ME from India. We should not ignore these facts.

People always invest time in finding loop holes and jugad to get free money from govt scheme and govt always focus on how to get more money from people in the form of tax and approval plus table ke niche ka alga. govt should handover all the department to pvt companies to run as corporate and gov people keep eye on the process.
