Mumbai and Bangalore already have bigger metro networks than Hanoi, Saigon, Jakarta. Better airports than in big US cities. Mumbai is getting 2k+ electric double decker buses. In total it will have 350km of modern metro. If you think things are bad now, what about 10 years ago? U have no clue how cities develop, it doesn't happen overnight.
