Make It San Rafael!!!

Here's one expatriate whose working days in a foreign land considering retirement in his native land. San Rafael seems to fit the location I have in mind. Located almost midway of two (2) international airport travel abroad should be very convenient. Hopefully this minicipality would not get too crowded rapidly. While productivity declines during the older stage of life in an industrialized country, still a good productive life may yet still be possible here. How's peace & order in San Rafael?

We need more businesses that generate jobs aside from jueteng! ; )
