My grandma used to make black water she called it and would put dead chickens in it, roadkill meat scraps any thing and everything . But you HAD to keep it covered because the smell when you open it will knock you down. She’d let it sit for months .But her garden was something to behold I’ll tell you. Biggest sunflowers,watermelons and pumpkins

If you take out the plastic container and add a handful of leaf mold which is go to the biggest oldest tree in the local forest remove the top layer of leaves in the dark humic rich looking soil is not actually soil it’s leaf mold grab a handful of that throw that in the bucket add any plant material whatsoever different plant material us are going to have different nutrient capabilities and in 12 days you’ll have plant available of nutrients rather than water soluble nutrients which is what you have here on top of that you’ll be incorporating micro organisms from your local indigenous forest that are profound and extremely capable to fight off any and all disease and pest. Overtime this fertilizer will begin to increase and strength I always do a lesismore approach as long as you keep it less than 1 L per 5 gallons add more leaf mold if the smell becomes putrid and add more plant material and rainwater as needed and then you have a continuous fertilizer I currently have 16 different ones this method is called JADAM liquid fertilizer

The compost tea is just supplement. You can add more organic compost into your soil mixture, it will have the basic NPK in it. Soft rock phospate is another naturak amendment that has a lot of soil nutrients.

These will provide some essential nutrients like Potassium,Manganese etc…- Some small amounts of trace nutrients like Iron,Zinc etc… Definitely Better then just water but it won’t be sufficient for finicky plants… I have big garden in my yard, I’m using “Dry fertilizers” in the form of powders to feed my plants&trees… “NO3” for the nitrogen/nitrates “KCI” for the potassium “KH2PO4” for the phosphates And whole trace powder mix from NilocG contains all the essential trace elements… That way I’m able to grow some tasty seasonal fruits 😎

It doeasn't smell bad. It has some smell but not gagging smell. 😃 I soak only a few days to 5 days max. No more than 1 week. Make sure no animal meat in the scraps.

How to control or minimise the unpleasant smell while making this liquid fertiliser?
@wellnessandcountrylife
@wellnessandcountrylife 5 ай бұрын
Do it outside. The longer it sits, the stronger the smell. If you don't want insects in the house, just water outdoor plants

It can have bad smell, better do it outside. The longer it sits in the water, the stinkier it gets, but it's okay for the plants.

ZPKB: I agree with Amna. Everything we can’t put it on allah. God has given us human Brian to understand that less children in a family then better resources all can get. More quality food and education. Years ago “Hum do Humare do” campaign was widespread in India to bring awareness to common people so as to reduce pressures having less resources. This drama is very good effort to educate public through tv
