Don't watch what you don't need because you don't need everything and when you will know if you are watching something you need if you go to KZbin or google and search for it rather than scroll and stumble upon it. Every time you are watching something that you NEED take notes and look at notes next day to remember and then implement because without implementation it's worth nothing

$130k remodel 3 rooms and a closet. I took them to dinner Had beautiful plans to present them with. I dont care what they ask me for I will do it. Comms are with in 30 seconds no debate. I will drop a $200 tool on the ground to get that dam phone. I try so hard to make it awesome! Fun! Informative. No confusion allowed. Its open channel. And the construction is dialed. No crap. Anyone can tell immediately that it is high quality. Thanks for telling me what to change. I used to be such a no-go turd. Same job in addition to sold work gained a roof, all gutters/downs, 3 full bathroom renovations and multiple doors.

You have to be careful when you hire someone and don’t know if they will do quality work and if they will commit to the job. I did this when I first started my Siding company. Takes time to build a team and find great help people to team up with

Be careful with the cheap clients, they sometimes want the best quality work etc like higher priced jobs guy's, probably better not dealing with cheap to want something for free clients, they become nitemares
