It must be super hard to be in the public eye, there is a lot of harsh criticism of people who are just figuring things out. No one is perfect and you can’t please everyone. You have been so open with your podcast and what you have shared, it is a vulnerable place to be! There will always be that group of people who are negative and want to bring someone down for whatever reason. I did modern dance and shame I never really did ballet. I did take few classes and jazz too but college... Modern I did from 12-18. Anyways I teach fitness and yoga... Sometimes things just don't work out the way we planned! It doesn't mean you did anything wrong, it just means it'll happen for you when it's supposed to. It's weird to say you're superficial and vapid because you don't struggle with basic needs... this should be how everyone gets to live!! We should as humans focus on relationships and self-love and mental health and dream careers, not on surviving. hey Luna, I don't want you to feel bad about the people judging you on the internet, but in regard to this I do think there are some things you could rethink, such as working with skims for example. especially having in mind their recent ignorant greenwashing ad, I personally believe it is something to consider. also getting another new car just for the sake of it, even though you pretty recently bought your dream car feels kind of disappointing to watch. you are so inspiring and I really love so many things about you, but this part of your dream board feels very irrelevant to me:(

I agree with your comment! I really appreciate Luna’s sentiments in this video but it did come across as out of touch when she went from talking about a new (unnecessary) car / becoming a millionaire to being hurt that some people on the internet called her materialistic. Also, the statement about “wanting to help / empower girls and women” didn’t come across as authentic - if that’s the case, why would she want to work with brands like skims or free people… neither of which is sustainable or ethical? Just some thoughts I had that paralleled yours.
