The Maker's Atelier Maxi Skirt has a non-elastic waistband, zip fly, and slit at the back. It can be made lined.

I would recommend the iman skirt from just patterns. I am making it in a wool herringbone with then slit in the back. I am lowering the opening by 4”. I am making the fly front, but it would be easy enough to not cut the back on the fold and put a center back zipper. Good luck!
