In this video we look at 6 different uses for the immensely popular Maths by Make Noise, and break down the patches.
1. Bipolar LFO (+/-5v)
2. Burst Generator
3. Tremolo
4. Low Pass Gate
5. Dynamic Slew (The patch diagram shows an even more dynamic patch)
6. Sequence Offset
And then some music of course.
And when patching, don't forget to utilize all the CV inputs for maximum manipulation!

Maths continues to be one of my most useful and valuable modules, but it does require that you go deeper in your understanding of voltage controlled modular synthesis in order to get the most out of it. Your video is very helpful in this regard.

Nicely done. Focused, clear, good voiceover mix. I do feel, depending on long term plans/budget, Frap Tools Falistri also merits serious consideration for anyone looking at Maths. (I am not among those who feel one simply MUST have Pams and Maths) Same for Joranalogue Contour 1, Select 2, Compare 2 combinations though that path is probably only for those who recognize early just how much eurorack really will be extracting from their wallet...

Also Delta V and QARV, which is the one I've ended up with. The main things I miss is end of cycle trigger, and no turning on cycle mode with a gate.

"recognize early..." hehe. Yeah, joranalogue gear is not the bargain bin. Fortunately, you can decide to empty your bank account even after years of prudence.

People say maths is too big, and the reply is, "but it can do so many things!" What i just realized is that for the most part, often it's not doing all of that at once, so it feels "too big". Maybe if you don't use the variety, it is too big for you.

Great video. Thank you! One thing bothers me. In the Low Pass Gate section - there is basically no low pass effect there (like filtering the high tones)? Maths only attenuates the sound. Or am I missing something?

It does filter out the high tones, there is just no resonance, so it isn't quite as snappy and liquidy.

2:55 I have a Pam's, Maths, & a Squid. How are you sending that trigger at the top left? I got your method to work but I'm confused on what kind of CV is going into that trigger.

I believe I just have a manual gate button that is sending a trigger to that input.

Thanks! I tried to make sure I covered things not in their illustrated guide. Yeah I can probably do that for you. In the meantime, if you quickly wanted them you can screen shot each of the patching diagrams from the video. But yeah a PDF would be great, then I can continually add onto it in different versions as I add more Maths patch tip videos.
