I'm a cake decorator and my hand hurts just watching you pipe in the jars. haha! May I suggest using a large round tip? It would come out much easier and much less stress on the hand and arm.. Absolutely beautiful scrub! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!

Glad you're back from your well deserved break! This sugar scrub turned out very pretty. I might have to make my first purchase with fizz fairy once your collection is out! I will attempt to add bath bomb to my business in the coming week thanks to you 😊 I have to figure out how to scale down a recipe but after watching almost all your videos, hopefully I can manage lol I just made the move from a dba to being an LLC 2 weeks ago and looking forward to my first summer at farmer's markets!

@@JerikaZimmerman Thank you! It's been a rough 2 years since covid almost killed me but my husband built me a dream soap studio while I was recovering. I'm just glad to turn a passion into a business and looking forward to trying bath bombs! It's the most requested product these past few months! 😊

Hello I watched this video and you say you are using hemp seed oil in the recipe but the bottle says its olive oil. Are you just using a costco bottle because they do carry an olive oil that is dark oil like that. I rushed to costco looking for hemp seed oil and couldn't find it so went on line and could not find it. Please where do you get your hemp seed oil?

Sometimes, major KZbinr’s share their recipes with you. And will post free classes. I young girl who makes soap (very popular) does this. I could look up her channel for you, if you would like …. She’s in my favorite’s.

Love this scrub! You might try an Ateco piping tip (like an 829). They are much larger than Wilton 1M and it’s easier to get the thick scrub through.

Beautiful! Those look great, perfect for this time of year! I made a yellow and white scrub with an amazing lemon scent the other day and love using it after gardening all day long. I keep one next to our sink and one in the bathroom , it gets used daily. Your right it is tough on the hands and arms! I didnt pipe mine as it came out a bit thicker, I was afraid of how hard it would be to pipe. I have to say though, it wasnt much easier getting pretty even looking layers in the jar lol..
@tanyam14923 ай бұрын
Your scrub looks amazing! Really love your channel and piping can be a pain. I think you would really benefit from a much larger piping tip especially with the workout that you’re getting from such a heavy scrub. Thank you for sharing.

I love your recipe here. Unfortunately I bought two big containers like this from Crafters choice and they were not this solid… I thought it was just my first batch so i bought another one and it was not solid. It wouldn’t whip it was too watery. Tried storing it in fridge and still never solidified. Do you have any suggestions?
@staciebost2 жыл бұрын
Try using a larger piping tip for your sugar scrubs. You’ll have an easier time and not struggle.
@shunawestern9153 Жыл бұрын
That looked good enough to eat. The finishing touches were spot on in my opinion, it would just set them out just that little bit from the rest. Really nice. Would like to have a go at these. Do you have the recipe, or is it yours cause I don't know, I haven't done anything yet. But yes really good, but all your stuff is especially your soap oh my goodness that is a work of art. Can you tell I really like your soaps as well. 🥰🐾🇬🇧🌲⛄

What size jars are these! I love them, where do you get them from. And another tip, be sure you cut the press and seal on the end you are placing in the bag. I use this tip, but I whip mine into a light foam. Awesome scrub

If you turn your press and seal the long way, you can get more product for piping. Also, I would use a bigger piping tip so that it isn't so hard to get out.

I made some sugar scrubs using soap base but some reason after few weeks the oil pools up on top of the sugar scrub not sure may be the soap base I use or I’m doing something wrong. Any one has experienced ?
@JerikaZimmerman2 жыл бұрын
This hasn’t happened to me, but for The base I use, there’s a limit to the amount of oil you can add (10%). Make sure you don’t go over the limit if there is one!
