I have a question why in the answer of Baker it's written Croissantë? and not Croissante? thank you for your response :)

That's a good question. So the plural form of Croissant is Croissanten. However if Croissanten is followed by a word which does not start with the letters UNITED ZOHA then we drop the final "n" however we need to pronounce the final "e" therefore Croissentë sinn .... - by adding the 2 dots on the final "e" we know that we need to pronounce it.
