Thank you so much!! Shouldn't be too tough to make cilantro rice and beans. We do it at home every now and again, but it doesn't come out as good as Sebastian's.

Just be sure to add the cilantro pesto at the end. The longer it cooks, the less flavor will be left.

Chef David is amazing. I just went tonight w my friend. She has a few allergies and when we go out she sometimes will only be served chicken and a veg. (Garlic and onions in all forms are 2 of her allergies). Chef David made sure to give her SO much food. This was the first place that she had comparable options. We were both just so happy and blown away. ❤

We do have a Cape May review but we did not get Chef TJ to come to our table. It was before his preferred reservation timeframe. We also have a review of Hoop De but we always look for an excuse to go back.

All looks great! We need to add Sebastians to our list. Wish, tho, restaurants would learn that they do not need to soak the veggies in oil. I love broccolini, but I wouldn’t touch that. I can’t believe chef TJ is still at Beaches and Cream. Wish he can move on to a restaurant where his creativity can truly shine.

I loveee salad with those mini mandarin oranges. I find they add a wonderful texture and their juice acts as a really nice "dressing" along with other flavors. That stew looked fantastic as well. Nothing here looked bad actually. Delicious, actually, one might say. Just good good food.

Thanks for the video. I've seen your other Sebastian's reviews, but this is the first time I feel compelled to dine there. I'm not a fan of alt meats and it seems that the salad, broccolini, and rice & beans would be satisfying enough that I won't be terribly disappointed. I like that there are several small quantity options to try on the protein plate, and that none of them look mushy :)

@PrincessandtheBear just got back from the Sebastian's Bistro. The food was amazing, in the 3 trips we've made to Disney World it is one of the best restaurants we have been to. If we hadn't seen your video we probably wouldn't have tried it out. So thanks for letting us know about it so we got to try the fantastic plant based food!

H! It's Bobbi. Great video . Everything looked yummy. Is the fish cake vegan? I don't know how they can do that. I looked at Google recipe for curry sauce. List of 1850 recipes. But it's new so still looking. I would love to try all vegan dishes and the meat dishes looked great to. But I noticed Bear rated the vegan food higher than the meats. That means the vegan food has to be so much better to compete. Loved his t-shirt too.

Yep, the fish cake is completely vegan! There are a couple of places around Disney where you can get some version of vegan fish cake but Sebastian's is the best. Sometimes the vegan food is more flavorful.

Nope. Chef David is a less restrictive. You can go on the weekends or weekdays. He's not around mid-week usually.
