Very useful exercise...I sure do appreciate an outfeed table...and the safety of it...

Yes, an out feed table really makes the table saw operations much safer, shortly after I made this project I put one together and it been great, thanks!

The handles you put across the front is really nice, looks like a great way to get them in and out of the larger box

Ok. I'm subscribing. I'll be back watching again Monday when I'm back in my shop. Making a set of these for sure. LOVE the box jig. Watching that next. Who needs Netflix when you find a new KZbin channel to watch? 😂😜❤️

Nice and handy boxes... I like the glue jig for the boxes too!!👍🏼
@henryworkswoodandmetal7 жыл бұрын
Yes the jig makes it really easy to hold all the pieces together while your trying to hold, glue and nail all at the same time....... thanks!!!

Great video! Which size of nails do you use? Thanks

Those are 23 gauge 5/8th long pin nails, them seem to work pretty well for this thin plywood......thanks!

Very clever smaller insert boxes for the stackable boxes. Thanks for sharing. It's very inspiring. But why do you use Titebond III for this project? Titebond II is more than perfect for this and even Titebond I would be sufficient. (Much) cheaper!
@henryworkswoodandmetal7 жыл бұрын
Your right, I only used this because it what I had on hand, I usually use the titebond II for everything else, thanks for your input and time!

I am totally confused with this box, I have built some pretty amazing things. Are you sure these measurements, I'm lost and really would like to understand at least.😃. The crosscuts/ which rips are we using
@henryworkswoodandmetal6 жыл бұрын
I measured one of these boxes and the dimensions are slightly different than what I wrote on the plywood, they are.. Short sides 3 1/4" x 4 9/16" Long sides 3 1/4" x 4 13/16" Bottoms 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" The rabbits are cut at 1/8th deep Hope this helps sort out the confusion, thanks for letting me know!

Also, your dimensions might be different depending on the thickness of the material your using, the plywood I used was exactly 1/4" thick.
